- 1⅓ cups brown sugar
- ¾ cup low-fat milk
- ½ Cup Vegetable Oil
- 2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1 (15-ounce) can pumpkin
- ½ Cup Chocolate Chips
- Cooking Spray

Preheat the Oven
Preheat oven to 350°F.Measure the Dry Ingredients
Lightly spoon flour into dry measuring cups; level with a knife. Combine flour and the next 7Prepare the Batter
ingredients in a large bowl; make a well in the center of the mixture. Combine sugar and next 5 ingredients in a bowl and stir well with a whisk until smooth. Add to flour mixture, stirring just until moist. Stir in the chocolate chips.Fill the Loaf Pans
Spoon the batter into 2 (8 × 4-inch) loaf pans coated with cooking spray.Bake the Loaves
Bake at 350°F for 1 hour or until a wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean.
